Abstract Submission

Note that abstract submission starts Feb 1st 2017 and ends Feb 28th 2017.

For abstract submission please use the Online Conference System (OCS) provided by Boudewijn van Miligen, CIEMAT Madrid. Submissions by email or other means will not be taken into consideration.

Please note: Submission of papers for the special issue of PPCF starts on June 10th and ends on June 26th. For information please visit the section on Paper Submission

• Please note that each conference participant can be the presenting author of one contribution only.
• Please respect the submission deadlines.
• Submitted documents must be in PDF format. Other formats (MsWord, TeX, Postscript, ...) are not acceptable
• Please note that invited speakers should also submit a 1-page abstract
 
To start your submission, create an account (LOG IN, top menu) if you do not have one yet, or log in and then start the submission process.
 
To facilitate document preparation, it is recommended that authors use the following templates:
• For WYSIWYG text editor users: template file in RTF format (compatible with many text editors, such as MSWord).
 

All abstracts must comply with the following format:

Number of pages: 1 (abstracts: Feb 1 until Feb 27) and 4 (papers: June 10 until June 26)
Page size: A4 (21.0 x 29.7 cm)
Page margins: 2.5 cm on all 4 sides, gutter 0.0
Fonts: Times, Symbol
Font size: 14 pt (title), 12 pt (main text), 10 pt (figure captions, references)
Line spacing: 1.5 lines (21 pt)
Title of paper: Centred alignment, bold font 14 pt
List of authors: Centred alignment, normal font 12 pt, presenting author underlined, e.g. M. First1, N.N. Second2
Author affiliations: Centred alignment, italic font 12 pt, e.g. 1Institute, City, Country
Body text: Justified alignment, normal font 12 pt
References: 10-point font, 1.5 line spacing
Figure captions: 10-point font

The OCS system sends out an automatic e-mail upon reception of an abstract.

After the meeting of the Program Committee in March a ‘confirmation of acceptance’ will be sent to all concerned authors including practical information for the preparation of their conference contribution and paper submission.

After acceptance by the Program Committee all abstracts will be made available and can be addressed either via this webpage which links to the OCS or via the conference App.

Every poster should have one dedicated presenter.
