Beginners yoga to relax and de-stress over the summer months.
Join us for gentle exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost phyical and mental wellbeing.
Our instructor, Oonagh Barronwell of FlowStudio, will be taking 6 weeks of classes beginning Friday 21 July.
Demand is expected to be high so weekly registration is absolutely essential.
