*This fee covers welcome reception, excursion and coffee during lecture breaks.
Payment
In order to complete registration full payment is required. The payment website accepts the following credit and debit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, and Switch/Maestro.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be submitted directly to the conference office before 1 July 2011. A cancellation fee of £30 will apply. After 1 July 2011, the conference fee will not be refunded, even in the case of non-participation. However, an alternative participant in the same category (e.g. regular or student) will be accepted for an administrative charge of £20 for a name change.

Each participant must register and pay individually.
First time you access the registration and payment pages you will need to create an account. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
You will then be able to choose the necessary payments for your "Shopping Basket" from the following categories:
- Registration
- Conference Dinner
Note that you will be able to log in again later and make additional payments if necessary. However, it is advisable to book tickets for the conference dinner as places may be limited.
