Payment
In order to complete registration full payment is required. The payment website accepts the following credit and debit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, and Switch/Maestro.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be submitted directly to the conference office before 1 July 2011. A cancellation fee of £30 will apply. After 1 July 2011, the conference fee will not be refunded, even in the case of non-participation. However, an alternative participant in the same category (e.g. regular or student) will be accepted for an administrative charge of £20 for a name change.

Note that you will be able to log in again later and make additional payments if necessary. However, it is advisable to book tickets for the conference dinner as places may be limited.
