Andor Technology, a world leader in scientific imaging, spectroscopy solutions and microscopy systems, is pleased to invite the delegates of the ICPIG 2011 Conference to an exclusive tour of the Andor factory. Andor was set-up in 1989 as a spin out of Queens University and operates in Belfast from a purpose-built facility. The tour will feature a walk through of the production floor, talks given by Andor’s product specialists, the opportunity for hands-on experience with demo cameras and equipment as well as drinks and refreshments. Your company can help support ICPIG 2011 by either buying exhibition or recruitment space or by direct sponsorship or both.
The exhibition space will be in same area in which the delegate coffee breaks and refreshments during poster presentations will be served. The exhibition will run from 28th August to 1st September 2011 and costs £750. This includes space with a desk and the full registration fee for one exhibitor. An application form is available above.
Direct sponsorship will be acknowledged through the display of your company logo on the conference website. Larger amounts of sponsorship can be associated with specific conference social events or conference sessions. Sponsoring company logos will be displayed prominently at these events.
We are hoping to attract the following levels of sponsorship:
- £ 900 to get logo on website and be a named sponsor
- £ 1250 to get logo on website and one brochure and/or one small, branded gift item for inclusion in the delegate conference bag and be a named sponsor
- £ 3000 to sponsor a social event or session and have logo prominently displayed at conference and on website and to be a named major sponsor
