About the conference

Fees
The delegate fee of £195 includes:
- All sessions (excluding Academic Workshops)
- Morning and afternoon refreshments on 22 and 23 May
- Lunch on both days
A reduced delegate fee of £55 is available to students and community groups and includes:
- All sessions (excluding Academic Workshops)
- Morning and afternoon refreshments
Conference Dinner
A gala dinner will be held on Thursday 22 May. The drinks reception will be held at 7.30pm followed by dinner at 8pm in the Sir William Whitla Hall. Registered delegates can attend the dinner at an additional cost of £50. All delegates wishing to bring an accompanying person may do so at a further cost of £50. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Parallel Workshop Sessions
Workshops will be held at the University on Friday afternoon as outlined. There will be an additional charge of £75 for the workshop on Economic Development. There are a limited number of places available at these for interested delegates. The cost of participation is £15 per session and places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Special Requirements
If you have any health-related or particular dietary requirements, special arrangements can be made. Please note that you must let us know in advance by putting details on your application form, so that we can prepare for you.
