Designed for:

Support staff wishing to learn more about how to handle conflict effectively in everyday situations.  This is an introductory course to provide participants with some practical understanding of everyday conflict and ways of handling situations which occur in families and the workplace.

  • How we behave in conflict
  • Skills for handling interpersonal conflicts
  • Developing constructive habits for handling conflict
