This course is for staff from both academic (grade AC2) and professional support (academic-related grade 7) staff groups and aims to provide some basic and practical approaches to creative thinking and identifying solutions within a management context.  In this interactive workshop, participants will explore approaches they might use to enhance their own work or their contribution within groups.
