Senior Secretarial Skills Programme

Event Description

 

The Senior Secretarial Skills Programme is for those staff who have at least 10 years experience working in Queen's or are in senior grades 4, 5 and 6.  Staff who have previously completed the Junior Secretarial Skills Programme will also be considered for the Senior Secretarial Skills programme.

Aims/Aimed at

The aim of this Programme is to assist experienced secretarial staff gain further knowledge, skills and confidence to provide a professional secretarial service to senior managers.
