When is the last time you spent time reviewing your personal, professional and career development? You can do this during a series of lunchtime learning sessions organised by the Staff Training and Development Unit. During these seminars you will be provided with options, tools and time to review and plan for your development. There are three sessions to this programme. During session one we will discuss your long-term development and career anchors. Session 2 will focus on identifying your needs to help plan for your development and look at what works best for you. Lastly, we will run a development surgery where you will be able to drop-in and discuss and plan for your future development. Please be sure to register as a light lunch will be provided.
