Motivation is an intrinsic part of all of our lives. We need to be able to use it to our advantage to maximise our own potential and happiness.
Key areas to be considered:

- Identify motivational carrots and personal rewards
- What is my personal power and how do I use it
- Being seen as a positive person
- Understanding your own body language
Aims/Aimed at
Aim:
To give each individual an understanding of their own uniqueness and how that can be used to plan, manage and achieve your own goals.
Objectivess:
The course will help you to:
- Understand how to enrich your life through positive influences
- Identify “What makes you tick” and how you can develop it further
- Have both a personal and work action plan and achieve it
- To comprehend how professional relationships can be motivational
- To acknowledge your own confidence level and change it for the better
