This interactive workshop may help staff develop skills to:

  • Understand the importance of anticipating change and adapting accordingly
  • Understand their own reaction to change and the impact that change may have on others
  • Managing the change process
  • Managing and supporting others through the change process

 

This course is aimed at managers/leaders and professional specialists in both Academic related (grade 8 and above) and Academic (AC3 and above) mid level.  Please see attached document for more information.


Aims/Aimed at

The aim of this course is to develop staff in the core Queen’s behaviour of managing change.  It is important to understand that the success or failure of a change initiative depends as much on personal attitude as corporate activities.
