Developing for Success: Managing Change in HE

This interactive workshop may help staff develop skills to:
- Understand the importance of anticipating change and adapting accordingly
- Understand their own reaction to change and the impact that change may have on others
- Managing the change process
- Managing and supporting others through the change process
This course is aimed at managers/leaders and professional specialists in both Academic related (grade 8 and above) and Academic (AC3 and above) mid level. Please see attached document for more information.
The aim of this course is to develop staff in the core Queen’s behaviour of managing change. It is important to understand that the success or failure of a change initiative depends as much on personal attitude as corporate activities.
