Management can challenge a ballot if membership numbers in each workplace address are incorrect. It is therefore crucial that UCU have your correct membership details. Please ensure that your  details are correct (before 10th August if possible) including the University’s recognised School/Department name and sub-unit that you work in. Amendments can be made  online at https://members.ucu.org.uk/ or by contacting the UCU office at 3090 or ucu@qub.ac.uk.

It is is important that UCU holds accurate information about you, including the University’s recognised School/Department name and sub-unit that you work in, so that contact with you is a prompt as possible particularly when you are balloted on industrial action. You can check your UCU membership details online  at  https://members.ucu.org.uk/. You will need your membership no. and a password to login. If you have not done so before, registering is simple but you will need the UCU Regional  code for Queens which is NI006.

!!! IMPORTANT !!!

To reduce local postal costs Queens UCU would prefer if you set your preferred postal address to be your work address rather than your home address. Of course if you have good reason to use your home address you can do so.
