Our 7 week pre-accelerator Lean Launch Programme came to a close this week, with our 10 QUB and UU teams pitching their ideas and business opportunities to a high profile panel of investors, funders and successful entrepreneurs at our Options Roundabout session.
The Options Roundabout marked the end of 7 weeks’ of intense customer discovery where the teams sought to validate their ideas and value propositions. The teams also engaged with our local entrepreneurial ecosystem during our two Progress Clinics, and obtained high quality pitch training.
It was quite remarkable to witness how the teams, their business opportunities and their pitches progressed during the programme and we congratulate all the teams involved. We look forward to supporting them as they now continue their journey from innovation to commercialisation.
Sincere thanks to all who gave so generously of their time and knowledge to participate as Business Faculty at our Progress Clinics and as Panel members at the Options Roundabout.
This year’s programme was delivered in collaboration with the Set Squared Partnership who delivery the highly regarded, and InnovateUK backed, ICURe programme.
