Submitted abstracts will be reviewed using the following criteria.
Instructions for Presenters
Authors will be notified by email if they have been accepted for an oral or a poster presentation.
Accepted abstract authors must register and pay the registration fee by the date specified in their email notification or they will be withdrawn from presenting and their slot will be reallocated.
Please do not exceed the 15 minutes allocated to your presentation. Plan for a 12 minute presentation followed by 3 minutes for discussion. Your presentation must be in English and should be prepared as a PowerPoint file. The presentation can be sent in advance to email@example.com or be uploaded from a memory stick at the conference. Please meet the chairperson of your session and check that your presentation is loaded onto the computer at least 30 minutes before your session starts.
