David is a leading authority figure within the Business Community because of both his research, academic background, and years of management and leadership experience. It’s this reputation that has attracted some of the world’s biggest companies to use David to help shape the mindsets of those in their organisations. David uses proven business techniques, tailored objectives, and continuous professional development (CPD) tools, to ensure that delegates can use what they have learned as soon as possible. David has a track record of delivering motivational and development programmes to very large private and public sector clients, he combines decades of research into cutting edge leadership and management with a passionate interest in psychology and consumer behaviour to help individuals and organisations understand how they can work more efficiently and effectively.
Knowledge Transfer Network (KTN) Team
The KTN Design in Innovation Effectiveness Team will facilitate the Innovation Canvas workshop. This team help design businesses, start-ups and established businesses collaborate to find partners, funding and innovative expertise. The KTN helps businesses get the best out of creativity, ideas and latest discoveries, to strengthen the UK economy and improve people’s lives through innovation.
Camilla Long brings diverse commercial experience to her role as a facilitator and coach with Bespoke Communications. She started her career in Tokyo in Japan with Mitsubishi as a software developer. She went on to develop a sales career centred on disruption in the financial technology industry. Highlights included the launch of a stealth-mode start-up with financial information giant, Thomson Reuters, and building Europe’s leading electronic share trading platform with Credit Agricole. Before establishing Bespoke Communications, Camilla developed Continued Professional Development programmes at Ulster University to support start-up businesses. Camilla is a member of the Chartered Management Institute, holds a BSc in Computer Science and Maths, and an MSc in Strategic Management. Passionate about skills development for young people, Camilla sits on the Skills Panel of Causeway Chamber of Commerce, the Causeway Business Education Partnershipand champions Coleraine CoderDojo.
Sarah Travers is an experienced broadcast journalist, with a keen interest in stories and the people that shape them. Sarah is a familiar face to many in Northern Ireland as event host to some of the country’s leading business and social events. Sarah began her versatile media career with BBC Radio Foyle, and soon moved to the Belfast newsroom, where she was TV news anchor on the flagship BBC Newsline programme for 17 years. She has also presented lifestyle programming for UTV, and continues to appear on-screen as a TV presenter on a range of programmes and documentaries. As Director of Bespoke Communications, Sarah supports diverse organisations in the public, private and third sectors with media and crisis communications training programmes. Sarah holds a degree in Broadcast Journalism from Nottingham Trent University. Sarah is a Young Enterprise ambassador in Northern Ireland.
