Session Information

Please Note: 
- All times shown are in GMT Greenwich Mean Time, please check what your local time is for our sessions here.
- Each session will be recorded, you will have access to these recording once the Winter School is finished

Before You Join A Session

Before you join a session please complete the following:
 
+ Speed test:
Test your internet connection speed here. If you have a low connection speed (5mbps or less download speed) please ensure to keep your camera off during the session, you can turn on your camera during the small discussion groups but it may affect your connection.
 
+ Join Microsoft Teams  
We strongly suggest you create a free MS Teams account - Join MS Teams
You can then use MS Teams on a web browser or download the app:
> Join a Teams meeting on the web - Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome only.
> Download the Teams desktop or mobile app.
 
If you have any issues with the above links just google search 'MS Teams free account' for access in your home country

Ensure you click on the correct day's session link contained in our email correspondence with you.

When You Join A Session

Please note: If you cannot see the presenter or a PowerPoint presentation when the session begins please leave the call and rejoin the session by clicking again on the session link.
