The COVID-19 pandemic may be stressful for people. Fear and anxiety about a new disease and what could happen can be overwhelming and cause strong emotions. In this session, Dr Pauline Adair, Clinical Psychologist and Programme Director for the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at QUB, will talk about techniques to help you navigate the anxiety-based whirlpool of feelings the pandemic is causing.
