PDC Postdoc Prizes

The Postdoc Prizes aim to recognise the exceptional contributions of postdocs to the University. In particular, the prizes aim to reward those who excel in what they do, who “go the extra-mile” in their research, in their contribution to the life of the University, in their contribution to Public Engagement and in the provision of support for their group, colleagues, School etc.

Set up for the first time in 2018 in the MHLS Faculty only, prizes are now also offered in the AHSS Faculty. The number and categories of prizes depend o the number of postdocs in each Faculty and the type of activities they are involved in (see details on Faculty-specific pages of the nomination procedure).

All prizes are awarded once a year during National Postdoc Appreciation Week.

We encourage all University staff to think of postdocs who have performed exceptionally well and to nominate them.
