Located on the boundary of Elms BT9, Willow Walk is an enclosed development with a leafy, quiet environment where you can sit outside and enjoy the gardens. There is a common room with open access PCs for internet use and where students can meet for group study; you can arrange small social gatherings here as there is a small kitchen and also a BBQ area, popular in the spring and summer evenings.
You'll be close to the Treehouse, which is the main hub for all students living with us and is open 24 hours. A Coffee Bar located on the upper level serves free tea and coffee and is a great place to meet up with friends. A laundry is located on the lower ground floor and includes ironing facilities.
Local schools and bus routes are within walking distance.
Willow Walk is located within an enclosed development on the perimeter of the Elms BT9 site at 78 Malone Road.
Available to students with a partner or family, Willow Walk is specifically designed to meet the needs of today’s students.

The Treehouse also includes a laundry facility, pool tables, table tennis, TV screens with BT Sports as well as computers for surfing the internet and Skyping home.
There is a small supermarket (Mace) where you can buy fresh and frozen food as well as a hot food and sandwich counter and cash machine (ATM).
The Residential Life team are based in the Treehouse Reception and will help new students meet the challenges of living away from home for the first time.
Everything you need is within walking distance (Queen’s Main Site, Queen’s Sport, McClay Library, Queen’s Students’ Union).
The University has a limited number of self-contained flats for students with partners and families and demand for these can be high, especially at the start of term.
Please contact us as soon as you accept a course at Queen's and have an approximate arrival date to Belfast; we can then discuss your requirements for accommodation to establish if we have availablity to match these.
If we do not have suitable accommodation available, we will support you in finding alternative accommodation in the private rental sector close to the University.
