Social Media Competition Terms and Conditions | £350 contribution towards flight costs | Undergraduate Degree Applicants

1. By entering this competition, participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions also form part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entrants are required to post a photo of themselves, along with   ✈️ #LoveQUB  to LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram for the chance to win.   The photo must be posted by Friday 11 June at the latest and a winner will be chosen at random soon after.
3. The prize will be awarded after the winning participant arrives in Northern Ireland to commence their studies at Queen’s – the winner will be required to provide a copy of their flight booking to claim the prize.
4. The winner will be informed by email within 14 days of the closing date and must respond within 14 days following that to confirm that they will be accepting the prize.
5. By posting their photos, participants agree to their use by Queen’s University in promotional materials.
6. All information provided will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
7. Students must hold an offer for a place on a full-time undergraduate taught programme at the Queen’s University Belfast campus, starting in the academic year 2021/22 and prior to commencement of study have met any academic and language conditions attached to their offer as stated in their offer letter.
8. Students must be classified as international fee-paying students paying the international tuition fee rate in order to be considered for this Award.
9. The Award is only available to students who arrive to study on campus by the end of June 2022 at the latest.
10. If you wish to defer your entry to the University this Award may not be transferred.
11. The Award may be used in conjunction with other University scholarships. The University reserves the right to vary all or any scholarship awards, discounts and regulations at its sole discretion.
12. The winner will not be able to refund or transfer to another prize.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this promotion and these terms and conditions without prior notice, at any time.
14. In the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute with similar prizes of equal or greater value.
15. The decision of Queen's University Belfast is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
