INFLUENCING HEALTH GLOBALLY
Begin your career-defining education in 2021
Global Health is becoming an increasingly important area of study due to worldwide health issues such as non-communicable diseases, population growth and health and social care systems.
In our Global Health degree, we offer solid public health training in and exposure to global health politics, policies, systems and practices through didactic teaching sessions, team-based research and presentations, and individual work-based projects or dissertations.
Students are based in the Centre of Excellence for Public Health Northern Ireland and are taught by public health leaders and practitioners working in a wide range of Disciplines who share the aim of making effective change that will benefit the health of underserved populations, often in low resource areas.
