If you are experiencing any issues or problems throughout the year (outside the University Assessment Period) that you feel may be having a significant effect on you and your studies, you should contact your Adviser of Studies or Personal Tutor as soon as possible. Advice and guidance is also available from:
A student who wishes to appeal a decision of a Board of Examiners should submit their appeal form and supporting documentation within 10 working days of the publication of the result. If the publication of your result(s) falls outside the published University deadline for return of results, you should submit your appeal within 10 working days of the publication of your result(s).
Late appeals will not normally be accepted. However, late appeals may be considered where a student demonstrates that they were unable to submit an appeal before the deadline due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g. hospitalisation). For further information regarding late appeals, see section 1.17 of the Academic Appeal Regulations (Taught Programmes).
