Progression Agreements are formal arrangements between two or more institutions that allow students to progress from one course to another. Progression arrangements can be described as 4+1 or 3+1 whereby students complete their undergraduate (UG) degree at their home institution (feeder institution) and then use this to enter a Queen’s postgraduate (PG) degree programme through normal admissions processes. In addition, 3+M, 1+1+1 or 1 +1 (Double Master’s) can be described as progression arrangements. These models allow PGT students in partner institutions to interrupt their studies to complete a full PGT degree at Queen’s, normally to fulfil an experiential requirement for their home degree.
Progression Agreements are the responsibility of Global Partnerships.
