Professional and Personal Interests
As a Geographer at heart, I have always loved international travel and when I was teaching in Secondary Education I was the lead for organising Geography fieldwork & International Trips. From my previous roles in staff training and now in Higher Education, my professional interest is with helping those staff who are not as confident with new technologies engage with the transition to a more digital approach and to encourage, support and train them on their individual journey. In my spare time, I enjoy rock climbing, yoga and swimming and volunteer as an expedition leader for the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme.
