Aim and Content:
Managing the emotional climate of learning situations is a skill that enables staff to more effective as teachers. This workshop aims to give participants the opportunity to:
- explore the role of emotion in learning;
- explore the role of lecturers’ emotional intelligence in teaching effectively;
- examine some of the ways in which emotional intelligence can be developed including mindfulness.
