Cleaning Services are under the line management of Keith Halliday, Estates Manager, who is responsible for managing and monitoring both the in-house provision and the outsourced cleaning contract. Keith is based in the Estates Directorate, Level 5, Administration Building, and is assisted by a Cleaning Co-ordinator and four Team Leaders. 

The Cleaning Co-ordinator is responsible for the daily audit of cleaning standards throughout all buildings and assists with monitoring all aspects of the in-house and outsouced services.

There are four Team Leaders based in locations throughout the University site.  They are responsible for supervising staff within their teams and allocating and prioritising work on a daily basis.  Team Leaders will deal with all cleaning requests within their area to ensure satisfactory cleaning standards are maintained.
