Staff wishing to apply for a parking permit and to pay by salary deductions can do so via the online parking permit system, available at Queen's Online. Staff wishing to pay by cheque or cash should apply to the Estates Directorate in writing, attaching a car parking application form.
Car park charges are based on vehicle CO2 emissions. This underpins the University's committement to improving its environmental performance and becoming a sustainable low carbon organisation. For more information on the changes, including the charging bands, please click .
Any general queries regarding parking should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Parking space within the University car parks is limited and, unfortunately, it is not possible for us to meet all the parking needs of visitors.
Business visitors who require parking should inform the staff member they are visiting, who will make the necessary arrangements. Because parking space is limited, we would ask that you vacate the space at the end of the allocated period.
