  • Application form - Please contact the Pensions Department for an opting in form.  You will be required to complete a medical declaration. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions your entitlement to ill-health retirement cover may be restricted.

  • Member's Wishes - This relates to the lump sum death in service payment. It is used to guide the trustees as to who you would like to receive the lump sum payment.
  • Query Form - If you have a query regarding your membership details, such as needing a retirement quote.
  • AVC Enquiry - Please contact the Pensions Department.
  • Privacy Notice - This notice explains how the trustees of the Retirement Benefits Plan of the Queen's University of Belfast (the "RBP") use and protect the personal information that they hold about members and other beneficiaries of the RBP.
