Staff are encouraged to strive to do their best at all times to deliver the best results.

The University has two Discretionary Awards for Exceptional Performance Schemes, one for Academic-Related, Clerical, Technical and Operational Staff and the second for Academic and Research Staff. The aim of the Schemes is to ensure that staff are rewarded and recognised for their exceptional performance and contribution.

Both Schemes are currently open for nomination.  The close date for nominations is Thursday 13 April 2017.
