Accommodating different learning styles, a varied and expanding portfolio of development options and tools is available. Whether you prefer a short one day work shop to address a specific gap, a longer programme that facilitates your personal development as a leader , or opportunities to meet and network with your peer group, our portfolio contains options to meet your needs.
For those who prefer a more individual approach, 1:1 support is available via coaching and mentoring options.
In addition, we can work in partnership with you to design customised development options to meet specific requirements.
All our development opportunities are available to both academic and professional services staff (eligibility criteria applies) and we encourage mixed attendance at events to optimise peer networking.
