Course Booking: iTrent Self Service

Course Bookings

All courses can currently be booked via Queen's Online by logging in at www.qol.qub.ac.uk then click on the training link in the list of services for staff under "Other" on the left hand side. 

Using this system you will be able to:

  • Book a place on an internal staff development course or event
  • View courses you have attended
  • View courses you are waiting or scheduled to attend
  • Cancel a place on a course

Assistance for Staff

If you experience problems booking a course place or with the iTrent System, please contact the provider of the course in which you are interested.  For IT problems (eg Staff User Name, Password, Accessing Queen's Online or PC problems) please contact the IT helpdesk.

Training courses are co-ordinated by a variety of departments and take place in locations across the University; some of the key contact points for enquiries are listed below.  Training venues for courses will be confirmed at the point of booking.  Please use the most relevant contact if you have a further query about your course/event:
