AUTUMN PHYSICAL ACTIVITY PROGRAMME 2020

The 2020 Autumn Activity programme, organised by Staff Wellbeing and Queen's Sport, begins week commencing Monday 5 October 2020.

Staff Wellbeing and Queen’s Sport have been working to relaunch the Staff Wellbeing Activity Programme.  The Programme will run for 6 weeks and will take place via Zoom.  This is being done to ensure that PHA and Social Distancing Guidelines are followed.  We hope to return to on site classes in 2021.  Please ensure that your device is suitable for viewing the sessions via Zoom.

For this programme, the number of classes will be reduced.  The classes include:

Who are the classes suitable for? All ages/genders and levels of fitness, if you want to find out more about any of the sessions in advance of registering please contact Reception at Queen’s Sport: sport@qub.ac.uk /028 9068 1126. These classes will run to w/c: 9 November 2020 inclusive.  Any classes that do not take place during the 6 weeks will have a class added to w/c 16 November 2020. 

Registration and Payment: Registration can only be done via online payment from Tuesday 22 September 2020, each 6 week course costs £15. Please complete the Staff Wellbeing Enrollment Form and make the payment via the online payment system.  You must return the completed form before the start of the sessions.  The Zoom links will be shared on Friday 2 October 2020.
