Menopause; “the change”. The majority of women will go through this hormone driven process somewhere between the ages of 45 and 55. Their cycles will become more erratic, and finally stop, but there’s much more to the menopause than periods. Some women seem to float through the process, while others experience a range of potentially disabling symptoms. From hot flushes to mood disturbances to relationship difficulties, the menopause can be a challenging time for those affected and those around them.

What to expect? When to seek help? Is HRT dangerous? 

Come along to this award winning awareness session on Thursday 20 September 2018 at 1.00 pm, with Dr Helen Reid and Dr Jenny Johnston where they will to bring the menopause out into the open!
