Using TeamViewer to allow remote access to your QUB computer
To allow QUB IT Services to remotely access your computer, run the TeamViewer app and provide them with the ID and password.
Follow the steps below to find this information.
Double click on the TeamViewer icon on your desktop, or, click on the Start button and scroll down to the T section. Select TeamViewer from the list.
When TeamViewer opens, select Create a session (as highlighted)
In the next window that opens, select Connect to a TeamViewer ID
The ID and Password should be displayed as below.
Carefully forward these details to the IT service desk, when requested to do so.
