2020-21 was an extraordinary year with significant challenge and unprecedented change as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.  Despite this, Library Services has continued to provide high quality library services and resources in support of the education and research activities of the students and staff of the University and of our other customer groups.  The 2020-21 Annual Report provides an update on service provision and developments during the year across all areas Library Services. This includes library services and facilities, education and students, research support, Special Collections and Archives, and the contracted Library Services provided at AFBI and HSC.
