In a recent survey, a customer pointed out that it was not clear to them how they should request a newspaper article through Inter-Library Loan. The customer had to try multiple forms before finding one with the correct fields.

We want to make requesting Inter-Library Loans as easy as possible and to reduce the delays you may encounter when doing your research.

We have, therefore, amended the headings of the Chapter or portion of a book form so that it clearly indicates that the form should also be used for Newspaper articles.
