Customer Service Excellence accreditation achieved for the 8th year running!

Library services have been successful once again in achieving accreditation in the Customer Service Excellence (CSE) standard. This recognises our commitment to continuously improving services with our customers at the heart of everything we do.

Not only are we fully compliant with all requirements of the Standard, but we were also awarded Compliance Plus in another two criteria for exceeding the requirements and demonstrating exceptional practice. We now have twenty-six elements which are deemed to be Compliance Plus. This is an exceptional result, and is testament to the dedication and professionalism of every member of library staff.
