Library Standards of Service for 2020-21
The Library continues to develop a suite of customer-focused service standards and measures our performance against these standards, showing how we did when compared with our targets last year, and what our targets are for this year.
A service standard for Library Chat has been included for the first time as this service is a new method of communication with our users.
