Starting this week, we are revamping the Customer Service Desk to create a unified service point for all library and IT-related queries.  Once completed, these works will help us enhance your experience of using the library by providing a more efficient and streamlined support to all our customers.

During the upgrade, our services will be temporarily relocated to a nearby service desk situated on the Ground Floor next to the extended hours study area. Our staff will be available there to assist you with any library related queries. Assistance with IT related queries will continue to be provided from the IT Service Desk located nearby. 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Works are expected to be completed by the end of August 2024.  We are committed to keeping you updated on the progress of this project and will provide further updates as the work continues.
