Development Weeks - Active Participant

The Student Development Weeks provide an opportunity for you to participate in taster sessions, guidance workshops or longer more intensive, experiential activities such as leadership courses, field trips, workplace study tours, and work shadowing.

To be eligible for Combined Experience (Formerly Route B) Degree Plus accreditation, the student must engage in a minimum of 10 hours of activity which can be made up of a combination of day long, half day and/or 1 or 2 hour events that add up to 10 hours or more of activity.

Students participating in Development Weeks activities (minimum 10 hours) and who wish to use this towards Combined Experience DegreePlus accreditation must download the ACTIVE PARTICIPANT RECORD.

The completed record should then be saved and submitted as part of the student’s final DegreePlus Combined Experience application form before 1st April in the year of graduation for summer graduations and 1st November for winter graduations. This record will count towards 50% of your final DegreePlus Combined Experience application.
