Student Wellbeing Ambassador
Be part of a team of students assisting in running well-being campaigns, becoming ambassadors and trained listeners among their peers.
- Help at either daytme or night-time events - developing, promoting and assisting in the delivery of student wellbeing events
- Be willing to act as an ambassador to the entire student body
- Helping students facing difficulties, acting as a listener and signposting them to support at drop-in sessions or informal one-to-one chats
- Demonstrate empathy, enjoy meeting and working with people, excellent communication skills and work well in a team
Minimum commitment of 4 hours per week during term time including 1.5 hour fortnightly for supervision during term time.
This will be in a group setting with other listening peers to talk about issues encountered and continue to develop skills.
