Attendance at Careers Events
Students must attend a minimum of 6 events organised by Careers, Employability and Skills during the course of their degree.
Professional attributes/attitudes which include:
Self-awareness, career and personal development, managing occupational information and resources.
Organisational Skills which include:
Managing graduate recruitment and occupational information.
Attending careers events will help students to develop their own career plans, make decisions if they have not already chosen a career, develop skills relevant to the labour market, develop a network of contacts for use in making effective applications and preparing for job interviews.
