Student Ambassador

Main duties: 

  1. To deliver one to one or group campus tours to prospective students highlighting the facilities the university has to offer (full training will be given);
  2. To answer questions about the student experience from prospective students, parents and other guests;
  3. To accompany the Recruitment team to school talks to deliver student focused presentations about studying at Queen's University Belfast;
  4. To accompany the Recruitment team to Careers Fairs and UCAS Fairs to talk about the courses and options available at Queen's University (full training will be given);
  5. To support on campus events such as Open Days, Taster Days, Residential and Teacher events;
  6. Registering and welcoming guests on to campus and carrying out events administration roles, as required;
  7. Contacting prospective students by phone/email to offer support throughout the UCAS and Conversion process;
  8. Office based administration tasks, as and when, required;
  9. Delivering a high quality customer service experience;
  10. To act as an Ambassador for the university, at all times, when undertaking the duties
