Chartered Management Institute: Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership

This postgraduate qualification is designed to train future managers to translate organisational strategy into effect operational performance. 

The qualification requires students to build on their strategic management and leadership skills and to focus on the requirements of implementing the organisation’s strategy.

There are two Units:

• Strategic leadership practice
• Strategic project management

You will be required to attend workshops and complete an assessment for each module.

On completion you will be awarded a CMI level 7 Certificate. There are a restricted number of places on this programme.
