Future Ready Programme

This programme is specifically designed for PGR in Year 2 and Year 3 to support students in taking the next step on their career pathway whether that's into further academia, employment or self-employment.

The Graduate School Future Ready Programme is a new 5 days programme designed to support postgraduates in:

• Designing their career;
• Finding out their strengths;
• Building a personal profile; and
• Presenting in front of employers, as part of the showcase day.

Students will leave the programme with a clear direction of where they want to go to next on their career journey!

They will also be supported via a careers 1-2-1 programme and signposted onto other opportunities, where appropriate.
