QU Players

QU Players (The Drama Society at Queen's) encourage live theatre by students on Queen's Campus.  

We hope to have a wide range of performances throughout the entire academic year.  Therefore all theatre styles are welcome.  

Performances may vary from the conventional stage play, to street theatre, rehearsed readings, radion plays and even short films.  Participation in a QuPlayers production does not have to be limited to an acting role.  We also require student: 

• Directors
• Stage Managers
• Assistant Directors
• Students who wish to be in charge of the more technical roles. These include:
  • Lighting design
  • Sound
  • Set design etc

We are always very keen to encourage new writing also.
