Yoga Taster Session (Student Wellbeing Be Active Club)

The Student Wellbeing Service have teamed up with a trained yoga instructor to offer students a chance to practice yoga. Under Take 5 steps to Wellbeing, one key area is ‘Be Active’ with guidance saying that exercise should be built into our weekly routine. Yoga is also a good method of ‘Take Notice’ and giving yourself time to de-stress. If you would like to try Yoga, then this is the perfect place to start!
