This conference is held annually by QUB and gives primary school children the opportunity to become scientists and communicate their findings as a researcher to their peers. Aimed at students level 1-3 who are interested in a research career or working with children. Students will benefit from interacting with current PhD researchers, lecturers, school children and their teachers. Students will also will have the unique opportunity to visit and receive a guided tour of a state of the art food science lab. 

 

The event will finish around 2.30pm with lunch provided from 1pm. There will be a follow up workshop (date TBC) in the days following the event.
