The Student Wellbeing Service have teamed up with Aware NI to offer students a free mindfulness taster session. Students often feel stressed from a range of sources (personally and/or academically), Mindfulness can help manage stress and improve your Wellbeing. This taster session will provide students with an overview of Mindfulness and allow students to try some mindfulness techniques.
