Erasmus is the main mobility programme for education funded by the European Commission. Students who undertake study or work placements, including language assistant placements, as part of their degree programme may be eligible to receive Erasmus funding. Teaching staff may also undertake Erasmus visits. The Global Opportunities Team (Careers, Employability and Skills) administers the programme at Queen's University.
Erasmus and Brexit - Students and staff at UK universities can continue to participate in the Erasmus Programme until the end of the 2020-21 academic year. For 2021-22 and beyond, the UK government will have to negotiate participation in the Erasmus programme, as part of the broader Brexit negotiations. Further information will be provided when available.
